The 61-year-old oxycodone dealer, Julius 'Butch' Nesbitt, who faked his own death three years ago to avoid prison time, has been sentenced to 151 months in prison.

In addition to his prison time which he was sentenced to on Monday, the judge ordered that he fork over $170,114.06 to the Coast Guard for making them search for him back in 2007.

The Post and Courier has the story of how Nesbitt tried to evade police by faking his own death; read it here.
