Update December 24, bail: ABC News 4 is reporting that the suspect, Jeremiah Brown, has posted a total $1,000 bail.

First reporting November 10: An odd story coming out of Ravenel in which Brandy Scott called 911 after being knocked into the trunk her own car.

The story is being played up on the heroic effort by the victim and 911 operator to locate the  car, but be sure to read all the way through to the part about how Scott got out of the trunk and the suspect, Jeremiah Brown, talked Scott into giving her a ride back -- so Scott was actually the one driving when deputies arrived. Bizarre.
