Tackling the use of fake IDs by underage drinkers in Charleston

It's not a new phenomenon: College students — along with virtually anyone over the age of 16 and under the age of 21 — often love the idea of getting a fake ID.
However thanks to high quality "novelty" license production in foreign countries and the ease of anonymous electronic payment and online ordering have made it far easier to get a high quality fake ID.
The days of do-it-yourself lamination of fake IDs seem all but over.
As a response, posters and signs are being placed around downtown Charleston areas frequented by college students that warn of the risks involved with using fake IDs.
The Post and Courier offers a report (read it here, paywall).
Sadly, however, the poster reads "Fake ID's, 101".
