Update November 25:

At around 12:30 a.m., authorities found Angel Miguel Perez in a residence in Summerville.

A 19-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with kidnapping. There will be a press conference today at 11 a.m. to release all the details in the recovery of the child.

First reporting:

A 1-month-old baby has been reported abducted from his last seen location of 6401 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston.

The child's name is Angel Miguel Perez. 

Authorities are searching for a female in her mid-20s, standing about 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 175 pounds with short black hair in connection with the abduction.
