Earlier this summer news broke that the cold case of the slaying of James Allen Horton stationed in North Charleston was once again active and arrests were being made.

Well, The Post and Courier has an update about the suspects being denied bond and it contains the first account of what is believed to be Horton's last moments and the sexual assault allegedly to have occurred.
