Man banned from Folly Beach after being accused of con on elderly

Paul Hanshaw, 47, has been told by a judge to stay away from the city after an accusation that he conned $2,500 from an elderly woman to pay a supposed legal fee. He's also believed to have done a similar but more expensive con in Georgia.
