A sad story out of North Charleston: North Charleston Police have charged Tyrone Alexander Ancrum with criminal sexual conduct following a confession that he exploited a teenage girl.

According to Live 5 News, police say the incidents stretch nearly a year and that Ancrum also took sexually explicit photos of the 14-year-old.
