A North Charleston teen has been arrested and charged with two counts of arson.

The suspect, 17-year-old Michael Lee Manigault, first set fire to a dumpster outside of a home under construction at 8157 Greenridge Road. Two days later, he returned to the scene and set fire to the entire structure.

Manigault's bail has been set at $50,000.
