Pizza delivery woman escapes from would be kidnapers, gets bitten, shot in leg (updated: suspect surrenders)

Rashad Tevell Judge, 18, the man accused of of robbing and shooting a pizza delivery woman in the thigh last weekend has surrendered to police.
