Theft of late 90s Hondas surges in Charleston, North Charleston

Police are warning owners of Honda cars made in the late 90s to take more precautions to secure their cars as they're so dang easy to hot-wire.

Some 27 have been stollen since the start of this year in Charleston and North Charleston.
