Tourism Commission upholds second suspension for carriage company

The city's Tourism Commission made the decision on Wednesday to uphold a 30-day suspension against the Carolina Polo and Carriage Company.

The carriage company, which about a year ago racked up some serious and disturbing citations, must close for seven days and will allow for 23 more days of closure if any more citations are reported within a three-month period.
