In a separate story they note that the federal agent did not fire the fatal shots.
Update November 6, 12 p.m.: Two men have been charged in the shooting death of Moore: Rodney Palmer and Daniel Williams. The federal agent has not been charged. Read about it at NBC News 2.
Update November 6: NBC News 2 is reporting that one man involved was a federal agent, and that one of the men shot, Begondae Moore, has died.
