Following the shocking news that former North Charleston Mayor Bobby Kinard had shot and killed himself, The Post and Courier has done a good job digging up information about the final moments of the night.

They've talked to a number of key players, including Tommy Blackwood the private investigator who Kinard had hired to follow his wife and they've talked to Kinard's wife, Susan Kinard.
