Charleston's 3.14 Pies gets national recognition in Travel + Leisure Magazine

Charleston's 3.14 Pies is transforming pie from an American classic to an imaginative designer dessert, and people across the country are taking notice.

Locally, the pies have been picked up by Ted's Butcherblock, Caviar and Bananas, Café Medley, Triangle Char and Bar, and countless pastry fans who can't get enough of 3.14's incredible concoctions. More recently, however, Travel + Leisure Magazine has included 3.14 Pies' Blackberry Cabernet Pie on their list of "America's Best Pies."

The husband and wife duo, Brent Doolittle and wife Lindsay launched the business in March of 2010 and have been receiving praise ever since. Speaking from personal experience, their Cran-Peary Crumble is one of the best pies I've ever eaten. No joke.
