USC pride in Super Bowl

The Charleston Regional Business Journal writes:
University of South Carolina junior Amanda Etheridge of Moncks Corner will be famous in Columbia on Sunday. She was part of a team of three who created a 20-second Super Bowl commercial that will air alongside work from the best in the industry during Sunday’s broadcast.

Etheridge and two other USC students entered a contest, costing them $20, to feature their commercial in the Super Bowl to viewers of NBC affiliate in Columbia, WIS-TV. The contest was sponsored by Little Caesar for which the commercial was created.

As the winners of the contest, the three students won $1,000 in addition to a Little Caesar's pizza party.
