City operating budgets are paper thin these days. To compensate, there's been an examination of revenue sources by Councils all over Horry County. The city of Conway is no different.

At least they're proposing to give breaks and priority treatment for city residents in some cases. There's a lot of interesting things on the table including lowering the canoe rental fees and establishing bike rentals.
