Cooler weather to stick around Myrtle Beach for the weekend
On Thursday the temperature climbed, but today is going to be a far different story, as will much of the weekend.
A strong cold front is building and will push through the weekend. With that big shift, exact predictions will be tricky. Forecasters are giving a good chance of rain and thick clouds throughout the weekend. They don't expect the high to escape a brisk 75 and lows are slated to hit around 63.
By Monday the cycle is expected to break and temperatures ease up to near 90 on Wednesday — but don't get too settled in as there's a good chance of a repeat performance next weekend.
There's oodles more details over at the National Weather Service forecast.
