Builder of new Cooper River Bridge takes an early lead in bid for Gaillard revamp

The $142 million contract for the transition of the Gaillard Municipal Auditorium into the Gaillard Center is a big prize, and international contractor Skanska appears to be taking a big lead.
Skanska is the same builder of the new Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.
