Talking Myrtle Beach tourism on Pub Politics

While the whole video is pretty interesting and well produced, Nora's appearance is at the 49:00 mark.

Pub Politics, a weekly webcast that talks about South Carolina politics while imbibing in local spots around Columbia, had Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce's spokesperson Nora Battle this week to talk tourism.

About 200 Myrtle Beach area business leaders, citizens, and media took to Columbia earlier this week to make Horry County's presence known at the State House and present the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce legislative priorities to lawmakers. WPDE has more details here.

Hosted by Democrat Phil Bailey and Republican Wesley Donehue, Pub Politics' tagline is "Beer…bringing Democrats and Republicans together." Episode 89 (embedded above) has Senator Jake Knotts of Lexington discussing numerous topics including the controversial voter ID issue. Nick Kremydas, CEO at SC Association of REALTORS, sits to talk about real estate issues before the tourism discussion with Mrs. Battle.
