Despite high court ruling, SCE&G nuclear reactors to proceed fairly smoothly

Though the S.C. Supreme Court told SCE&G it can't ask for utility users to prepay $438 million in contingency costs to build two new nuclear reactors, the utility said 99.5% of the budget is unaffected and that the ruling shouldn't prove to be an issue.
