Is a leading telephone survey the latest front in North Charleston rail battle?

As the battle over rail lines in North Charleston continues to be woven, another thread seems to be making its way into the tapestry: Potentially leading telephone surveys. 

No one's been able to track down just who's behind the calls yet, but a pair of those supporting North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey's rail plan to limit rail around Park Circle seem certain it's someone who wants dual rail lines.
