Strikes in 2008 led to huge delays for Boeing's 787 Dreamliner program, so when the company announced a North Charleston assembly site it was proud to say that the move to less-unionized state would shield the company against further delays.

Well now the Machinists union is saying that amounts to illegal retaliation and is filing complaint.

The Seattle TImes has an excellent rundown of the situation.
