After the City of Charleston made Queen Street Grocery take away their small sidewalk tables, and now the community has rallied and appears to be paving the way for limited sidewalk dining to return to downtown's less-commercial neighborhoods.
The Post and Courier has the story.
Good to see the city coming around a bit on this, especially as it's seeming ever more popular in Charleston.
