Anti-sexting, no smoking, no fake pot, english only, and more gambling are ideas being floated in legislative proposals for the 119th South Carolina General Assembly that will convene on January 11, 2011.

Granted a lot of them have little chance of becoming law, but there's always a chance, and hearing about these odd and not-so odd proposals gives you a real insight into our state.
