New permit request filed in land debate near Kiawah

The Post and Courier reports about the latest permit request in the ongoing debate about whether it is safe to develop Captain Sam's Spit, a growing piece of land off the south tip of Kiawah Island.

Developer's say the latest request is completly within their rights, but opposition says it's a backdoor attempt to solidify the land.
