Despite economy, Charleston's school construction goes on

Despite the slowing economy and looking for ways to redesign and consolidate underperforming schools to save some cash, the Charleston County School District still needs new buildings.

And many projects will likely go ahead despite the slowing economy as school construction being done now was put into motion several years ago. One such case? Ground was just broken for the new Stall High School.
