Folly Beach ups restrictions on dogs, cups, and towing

We're a little bit behind on this one, but there are new restrictions about bring Styrofoam onto Folly Beach's beach, no dogs allowed at the former Coast Guard base, and restricts fees of tow companies.

The Post and Courier has all the details of the new rules and FollyBeachProperty.net reports that all the rules have passed.
