SC Senate Agricultural Subcommittee to meet tonight at HGTC

SC Senate Agricultural Subcommittee will meet tonight to discuss two proposed legislation. 

The first proposed legislation, S 850 sponsored by Senator Dick Elliot is a cap on wholesale gas prices in South Carolina that we reported on a while back. The second, S. 168 sponsored by Sen. Phillip Shoopman, which seeks to increase penalties of the theft or destruction of timber.The subcommittee will discuss these bills and decide if they will move them to the full committee for the 2012 session.

The gentlemen will be at the Horry-Georgetown Technical College Conference Center on the Myrtle Beach campus at 7pm in the 600 building, the public is welcome. Hop on over to SCnow for details.
