Still no progress on Rivers Middle School repairs

Rivers Middle School is still vacant several years after it was vacated, and now the Charleston County School District is footing the tab for mobile units until they fix the building for its new tenants.

Back in 2007 the school district agreed to let the Charleston Charter School for Math & Science use the building, but those plans were stopped short when the building was found to be structurally vulnerable.
