Road improvements around Boeing plant estimated at $155 million

The totals are in, and when all is said and done, the improvements needed to keep traffic moving around the Charleston International Airport and the Boeing's new 787 assembly facility will cost $155 million.
According to the article in the Charleston Regional Business Journal, as of now, nobody is quite sure where all of that money will come from.
