No. 2-ranked Warriors lose their 3-point threat

The South Carolina Warriors are going to lose two of their key players, Joseph Harris and Jack Leasure.

Joseph Harris and Jack Leasure are moving on to play international ball. Leasure was a Coastal Carolina star and his deadly accuracy on the perimeter has certainly been a boost to the Warriors' scoreboards. Harris has also been one of the team's top contributors in points and rebounds. The Warriors have won all eight of their inaugural season games by large enough margins that losing two of their top men may not pull the currently number two-ranked Warriors out of contention. The Sun News has more details on Leasure and Harris with quotes from head coach Chris Beard. Read more here.

We just reported that the Warriors have secured the Carolina Forest Recreation Center as their new home court. Read that here. We have more Warriors stories on our topic page.
