Around 8 a.m. today, two state school busses collided in West Columbia injuring 26 students and two drivers.

There was a variety of minor injuries. Apparently one of the drivers was charged with failure to yield the right of way.

Head over to The State for the full story and their photo gallery, WIS 10 has some video, too.

Earlier this month a school bus caught fire near the new Cane Bay High School.

Update August 30: The State has followed up and released an expanded account of the crash.
