After apparent jump, woman rescued from base of Cooper River bridge
Image by Google Maps The woman was believed to have jumped from the Charleston side of the bridge.
Shortly after 4 a.m. authorities received a report of a woman jumping from the Charleston side of the Ravenel Bridge near Drum Island, but it wasn't until almost 9 a.m. that someone would spot her.
