Another state agency requiring mandatory unpaid leave
The S.C. Department of Juvenile Justice is requiring that all workers take 10 unpaid days off to help float the agency's books after cuts in funding from the state.

These cuts are becoming so so so frequent that I'm starting to wonder the value in reporting them all. Crazy.
