Parents and students got a chance to get their first up-close look at Cane Bay High School on Sunday at the "Berkeley County School Board Ribbon Cutting Ceremony."

You can see the $75 million, 386,000 square foot school too, with The Post and Courier's photo gallery from the event.

ABC News 4 also has video coverage of the opening and video inside the school.

The first day of school for the new school, and all of Berkeley County, is August 18.

Update August 11: The Post and Courier has added a story on the school opening in their morning edition.
