A chance to find history in North Charleston

History buffs are aflutter that the Noisette Co. could stumble across hundreds-of-years-old history when they dig up a decades-old parking lot on the former Navy base to create a pond in the next several months.

More specifically, they're hoping to uncover traces of the Revolutionary War fortifications around the Quarter House. Go read all about it at The Post and Courier.
