Collision was fatal to Moncks Corner woman
Linda Way, 61, is dead at the hospital after she and an 83-year-old woman were stuck while crossing West Main Street in Moncks Corner.
Frances Joy, 74, stuck the pair around 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9. Joy was not charged.
