Tents for inmates--it'll be just like camping out! Right?

Not sure about that, but it certainly would be a cheap and quick way to add room to the Dorchester County jail.

Officials are exploring the idea of building jail cells that resemble tents. The fabric "cells" would cost half as much as traditional cells, but there is some concern about durability.
