Coming in March there will be a No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament with all proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity of Horry County.

If you are not familiar with Habitat for Humanity they:

build simple, decent, affordable homes in partnership with those in need.  The homes are then sold to those partners at no profit and with a no-interest mortgage. Volunteers provide most of the labor and individual, church, and corporate donors provide funding and materials to build Habitat houses.  Partner families themselves invest hundreds of hours of sweat equity - building their own homes and homes of others.  Their mortgage payments go into a revolving fund for Habitat and is used to build more houses in our community.

The 'Sit and Go' style Texas Hold 'em Tournament is on Saturday, March 3, 2012 and kicks off at noon and runs until 10 p.m. - doors open at 11 a.m. The event will be held at Papa Joe's Bistro which is located oceanfront on the 7th Floor of Ocean Forest Plaza. Registration fee is only $10 per game and players can play as many games as they wish.

Hop on over to HabitatMB.org for all the rules of the game, and to register click here.
