What happens when you combine cookie sales, weekly donations to participate in casual fridays, t-shirt sales, plated dinner sales, and luminaries? Well for one local Horry County business you raise over $19,000 for charity!
Horry Telephone Cooperative, Inc (HTC) has raised over $19,700 for support of Loris community Relay For Life chapter and American Cancer Societies efforts. HTC continues with their community support efforts by believing, participating and volunteering in their community in which they live in. Besides their efforts for Relay For Life, HTC employees recently participated in the quarterly blood drive benefiting the American Red Cross. With 65 units of blood donated (a potential of saving as many as 105 lives in Horry County) HTC employees truly make a difference in Horry County.
