Man dead after being struck by car in North Charleston
Authorities said 24-year-old Gabino Hernandez-Pascual died after after he was hit by a car Saturday at 11:13 p.m. while crossing Ashley Phosphate Road.
He was declared dead at the scene and North Charleston Police are investigating. The driver was not charged at the scene.
