Mayor Riley unveils historical secession marker
A crowd of nearly 100 people came out this afternoon for the unveiling of the new historical marker commemorating the signing of the Ordinance of Secession 150 years ago.
The historical marker resides at the site of the original Institute Hall on Meeting Street.
