Opportunity for non-profits and agencies to get project manpower

LGS Class 31 on Facebook

Leadership Grand Strand, an organization dedicated to impacting the future leaders of our area, has put a call out to non-profits and government agencies.  They are offering (wo)manpower towards projects that positively impact the community.

According to the press release, projects must be completed between "September 2012 and January 2013. The community service projects also must occupy up to 30 participants for 25 hours (750 total hours of labor) over the five-month period."  Applicants will have to spell out the specifics of their project and its needs.

If you are involved with or know of a non-profit or government agency that could benefit, click here to download the application.  The final day for submission is June 1, 2012.
