Parks, lights, fire houses, more coming to North Charleston in $16.6 million plan

A $16.6 million plan approved by the North Charleston City Council will pay for a host on mundane and spotlight activities.

Here are a few highlights:
Two new fire stations
Renovations to the old Power House
Money for the H.L. Hunley Museum
