In April, the Socastee High School Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) Team won the 2011 MATE Carolina Regional ROV Competition at Coastal Carolina University.
Now they are eligible for the big international event being held in Texas next month. If the running total on the Socastee team's website is up to date, they are woefully short of their $4,300 fundraising goal. You can help them get closer by donating directly on their site.
