Anderson area reusing Christmas trees as fish nesting areas
Folks near Anderson aren't letting their lovely Christmas tree spend it's final days out on the curb. Instead, they're donating them to be used at Lake Hartwell, where they can provide nesting areas for fish.
Read about it at The Anderson Independent Mail.
Though it would be a bit silly to drive your tree all the way up there, don't fret, you can still get your tree transformed to some mulch.
