Humane Society wants their $250K from former agriculture official
The Humane Society is waiting on more than $250,000 owed to them by former South Carolina assistant agriculture commissioner Terry Trexler.
Last year, the Humane Society rescued over 4 dozen mistreated and malnourished horses on land owned or managed by Trexler.
