POW-MIA, American flags once again flying in front of Market Street bar (Update)

Update April 23: The Post and Courier reports that about 75 veterans showed up at Chucktown Tavern on Sunday to witness and participate in a proper flag raising ceremony.
First reporting: Due to Charleston zoning, the Beach Co. told Chucktown Tavern last week that the POW/MIA and U.S. flags flying outside the Market Street location had to go — but now thanks in large part to community backlash those flags are once again flying while permanent approval is sought from the city.
