The storm that wasn't much of one, has moved on after offering some erratic last-minute maneuvers.
Unless you have the misfortune of making a trip up I-95 soon, kick back, relax and enjoy the big waves in the pleasant weather for the rest of the weekend. From the National Weather Service:
Today: Partly sunny, with a high near 89. West wind around 14 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 74. Southwest wind around 7 mph.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. West wind 5 to 11 mph becoming south.
If you still want more Hanna coverage, hop over to The State for their roundup story and tons of photos, The Post and Courier has some, too. We also have a video of conditions yesterday afternoon.
But, it looks like we can relax for a little bit, as Hurricane Ike looks increasingly like it's heading towards the Gulf, here's what the National Weather Service says:
Increasing confidence that tropical cyclone Ike reaches the western Gulf of Mexico early next week...then questions remain beyond that.
