Rounding out the status of the film industry in South Carolina, Charleston

You don't have to live in a budget-strapped South Carolina long to learn that the situation makes lawmakers (and a certain Governor Sanford) itch to get rid of tax incentives that lure the film industry.

And while you might think things are due to get better as Sanford's on his way out, the budget issue is looking as dire as ever and our incoming Governor Haley has shown she has no particular love for the incentives either.
